This blog is Kate's thoughts on her new eBook "The Surrogate Parent", which is a book on planning for your adult special needs child's care after we parents can no longer be our kids parents. It's about planning for the inevitable in a postivite and constructive way, ensuring our autistic daugher's life will be no less wonderful when we are no longer around to care, love and protect her - her surrogate parent will, funded by the special needs trust fund we have created for her.

008 Dear Rosie - Letter to my autistic daughter when I die.

This is my letter I've written to be read out to my daughter when I die. It's particularly difficulat because she is autistic. I hope it inspires others to write for their children too. Kate
